When does discount retailer Action need a Romanian warehouse?

Today the 22 Romanian stores are served from Poland and Slovakia, up to 1,300 km away. We rebuilt the local DC decision from public data: break-even at ~56 stores (55–70 across tested assumptions), a service argument sharper than the cost one, and a best site that flips as the network grows.
